Founded in 2006 by David Barrington, Barrington.Co was born from a passion for turning potential into performance. In 2025, the company became limited and morphed into Barrington Mentoring Ltd. After a successful career as a founder entrepreneur and in corporate senior management—spanning strategy, marketing, operations, sales, and finance—David recognised a pattern: transformational growth comes from a distinct type of leader—those willing to challenge the norm, embrace change, and unlock new value.
